Members only day at the Zoo

Tonight was the best... our membership at the Zoo paid off today in my eyes... we got to ride the train for free and see the animals up and close... it was so nice not fighting all the crowds... Aaron's 1st time on the train and he loved it. I thought for sure he would cry when we went through the tunnel but he loved it!!

Toys R Us

I work right by The Toys R us in Madison Heights and guess what?? They are expanding it and making it a Toys R Us and a Babies R Us.... who hooo.... I am so excited!! I usually have to go to the one at Macomb Mall or truck out to Lakeside but not anymore....

Missing my Dad

As I look at these pics of Aaron I realize how much I miss my Dad. I wish he could be here and see Aaron. He died when I was 17 so he never got to see me really grow up. I know he is really proud of me because I really have worked my butt off for everything I have. I really had to work at having Aaron and I know he smiling down on him... he is really a "pot licker" Dad!! I was super close to my Dad growing up so I try and encourage Aaron and Mark to be close also...

Aaron is getting so tall!!

As I look back on pics I just can't believe how big my baby is getting. It was just yesterday that he chased me down the hall crawling with one arm and now I chase him! These pics were taken on the 4th of July @ Mark's parents house who Aaron just loves, loves, loves... he asks for them all the time. He calls Mark's Dad "Papa" and Mark's Mom "Mammo"!! He came up with Mammo on his own!!

Drive in

Last night we finally got to the Drive In in Burton. Its right off 69 between Flint and Lapeer and from our house its about 45 minutes... We saw Hancock with Will Smith and Step Brothers... both were good movies... Here are some pics... takes you back to being a kid doesn't it?? We try and go a couple times during the summer. Last year Aaron slept in his stroller and this year he fell asleep just as the movie started about 10:10 p.m.

It was "Summer Blast" day today in the city of Warren!! Everything was free, Aaron jumped, saw animals and swam in their pool which is so cool!! Talk about a great deal. I don't think you had to be a resident to enjoy all the free stuff!!

I know you have probably heard a thousand times about this album but I love it!! I love almost every track and not just because of who he is...

I also have a great idea... I think Kid Rock should be the new Rock of Love... that would be so awesome... VH1 could call it "Kid Rock of Love" I wonder if he would do it... we could watch him smoke some his fatties, get into brawls at Waffle Houses and see all the wonderful Ghetto Fablous peeps he hangs with!!

Aaron sits on the potty and makes peep...

Aaron has been taking a intrest in the potty so I said why not and pulled out his Duck potty seat that sits on the big potty and away we went... now every night he sits on it and tonight he actually made peeps in the potty!!

Reality T.V.!!

Ok so I like to spend some of my time watching the ever popular reality Tv.. my favs including Dancing with the stars, Tori Spelling, Denise Richards, Scott Baio 45 and having a baby, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE ROCK OF LOVE!! Did you hear Brett and Amber broke up so he is going to do a 3rd season of ROCK OF LOVE starting in Jan 09... I think... Yeah Baby... anyways, here is a pic of me and Joe Millionaire... I know..
