The day started out great.... we got to Church and there was a not a parking spot left so in our suv we make our own spot being very impressed with our selves we hurried into church. Aaron decided to speak out in church so I walked with him down the hall which seems liked time stood still and we had to wash our hands 10 times... and still I was all smiles... We went to our families home and started to prepare dinner and then we had a beautiful meal. We opend our presents and sat by the fire... I even gave Aaron and his cousin a bath and we had just finished putting on our pjs.... POOF.... all the lights went out... Aaron cried for us to turn the lights back on... Do you think a little power outage could ruin our Christmas?? NOT AT ALL IN FACT THIS WAS THE BEST CHRISTMAS EVER... we had desert (Thank God the coffee was still warm) and coffee by candle light and talked by the fire. I was actually warm sleeping. We woke up this morning and all laughed because there was not interuptions... just lots of conversation and laughter... Here are some pictures of a night we will never forget... MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone!!!!

Someday Aaron will see this pic....

Now before anyone reminds me that Aaron who is just 2 will turn 16 one day and see this picture and hate it... just wait and take time to enjoy this picture and think of my 2 yr. old Aaron helping Mommy putting it on and he even picked out his own shoes... I belive this outfit came from my friend Nicole along time ago and I have been WAITING....... for it to fit... its a little short but I sure got a good laugh out of it today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had Aaron proudly march into the bathroom before we left for school so he could show Daddy his outfit... and I heard from inside the bathroom a chuckle..... this is what I call Snazy...... Anyone wanting to borrow it is very welcome.... I am sure its from a craft show and surely a one of a kind... Grandama's will love it!!

The Sundquist house is under quarentine...
Beware.... stay out..... I would like to say that all of my baking, shopping and wrapping is complete but that would be a lie.... It all started off last Thursday.... as I was leaving work and all smiles because I had the next day off and the weather forecasters were predicting snow, and lots of it.... we all know we got the snow and guess what Aaron got... yep the stomache flu and bad.... so needless to say I spent Thursday night and Friday taking care of him. My hubby Mark kept insisting that he was not equipped for that sort of thing but guess what?? It was not that bad....it came and went.... so Saturday I had a adult party to attend and Aaron went to our families house to play and Saturday night I got the flu and the worst part yet....I think Aaron now has pink eye... WTF..... stayed tuned for more of The Sundquist house under quarentine... P.S. I even missed Kim's baby shower that I was very excited about...

The day after my Birthday
This week has been crazy... Aaron and I stayed home from School on Monday because I had a bad cold and so did Aaron. On Tuesday I thought Aaron was ok to go back but when he got home he told me that his mouth had a boo boo...automotically you think "oh no" then I touched him and he was burning up... 103.00 I was crazed and took him to Beaumont. The Dr. looked at his throat and sure enough he had this infection "Hands, foot and mouth" anyways... no too much you can do about it because its a virus (I so hate them) so he stayed home with Daddy on Wednesday... He still has a cold but is doing better!!! Last night we did not do much for my Birthday because we still have colds but tonight I am going to see my Cousin Paco in a play and tomorrow Mark is taking me to my favorite place to eat...My awesome sister Robin surprised me at work yesterday and brought me doughnuts and the wonderful girls at work got me awesoem presents and a "TA DA" a traditional Michigan desert..... BUMPY CAKE!!!

rain, rain, and more rain....
Today Aaron and I ventured out into the nasty cold rain to ride the carousel at Lakeside with our Cousin Victoria... We had lunch at Panera bread where Aaron's Mamo and Papas were sipping coffee with their friends... We had a good day and now Aaron and I are going to take (hopefully) a long winter's nap... I am a stickler with naps but I usually let Aaron stay up at night until he becomes crabby!! That't it for now folks.. pretty boring...

Girls Birthday day out....

Today was awesome...All the girls in Mark's family (he has no sisters so its my Sister in Law, me and my Mother in Law all the have a birthday within a couple weeks of each other) if you think thats great the Brothers all have a birthday within a couple weeks of each other including Mark's Dad... and guess what... yep you guessed it... The 2 Grandchildren are exactly 1 yr and 9 days apart... isn't that cool!! We started today by going to the Crackerl Barrell in Port Huron and then to Ruby Tree farm... It was a beautiful day and usually we only go on the wagon ride (only $2) but because the wagon driver told us how much better the Fire Engine ride was we did both for only $4 a person!! My family has been going to Ruby Tree Farm for years and Mark's family back in the 80's actually got a Christmas tree from there. When we got home I served Chicken Enchiladas and S got a awesome Birthday cake!! Here are some pics...
