Sorry its been so long and Happy St. Patty's Day

Ok lets get to the point... Aaron made these cute things at school and Facebook sucks and won't let me up load a photo album so here they are...

Not sleet or snow could stop this Elmo!!

We went to a birthday party and had a blast thanks to Elmo from Clinton Twp...
He made it well worth tracking through the snow storm for....

Aaron and the slippers

Mark as you know likes to knit... so he actually knitted Aaron a pair of slippers... last night he put them on Aaron but Aaron just takes them off and throws them off... so last night after we were sure he was sound asleep (because as parents we can do whatever we want!) we put the slippers on his feet. This morning when I went to get Aaron up the slippers were thrown on the floor out of the crib... too funny!! I got a good laugh out of it.

Iron Giant VS. The Beast

This is my life right now.... Aaron is starting to get into movies instead of just 1/2 shows... his favorites have always been:

Teletubbies (Thank God that is over)
Backyardigans (we tape these every day)
Sesame Street (Love the classics)
Wonder Pets (Love it)

but now we are starting to watch more movies..... these 2 are usually watched at least once a day on the weekends.... Beauty and The Beast and The Iron Giant
Daddy likes Beauty and The Beast and likes to turn it up real loud when The Beast yells... I Personally I love them both but its nice when he choose something different like Nemo or even The Grinch!!

Sidenote... Aaron's Cousin Victoria who goes to the same Daycare loves Frosty the Snowman and gets upset when Karen cries when Frosty melts... I LOVE to go up to Victoria and ask her about Karen and Frosty and her little eyes just beam... its too funny!!!

That's it for now... just trying to get the house cleaned and hopefully take down the Christmas decorations but not the lights outside because you see that is Mark's favorite thing... he always takes joy in being the last house with their Christmas lights still on.... Don't worry not me... I get so embarrassed!!

We went to a party at our relatives house and Aaron actually stayed up till the ball dropped... he even wore his hat for a little while...

Twas the night before Christmas and the lights went out for real!!!

The day started out great.... we got to Church and there was a not a parking spot left so in our suv we make our own spot being very impressed with our selves we hurried into church. Aaron decided to speak out in church so I walked with him down the hall which seems liked time stood still and we had to wash our hands 10 times... and still I was all smiles... We went to our families home and started to prepare dinner and then we had a beautiful meal. We opend our presents and sat by the fire... I even gave Aaron and his cousin a bath and we had just finished putting on our pjs.... POOF.... all the lights went out... Aaron cried for us to turn the lights back on... Do you think a little power outage could ruin our Christmas?? NOT AT ALL IN FACT THIS WAS THE BEST CHRISTMAS EVER... we had desert (Thank God the coffee was still warm) and coffee by candle light and talked by the fire. I was actually warm sleeping. We woke up this morning and all laughed because there was not interuptions... just lots of conversation and laughter... Here are some pictures of a night we will never forget...
